Customer Remote Assistance

There are three ways a customer can access TallySales Remote Login Assistance for remote support.

Instructions

Via Website:

  1. From the internet browser, go to www.tallysoft.com.

  2. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.

  3. Click on the Remote Login Assistance application.

  4. A support technician will provide the 6-digit number to enter.

  5. Once the code is entered, the support technician will have remote access to the computer.

Via Register (requires version 5.1.0.27 or greater):

  1. In the Register, select Menu.

  2. Select Special Functions.

  3. Select Allow Caller Access.

  4. A support technician will provide the 6-digit number to enter.

  5. Once the code is entered, the support technician will have remote access to the computer.

Via TallyExplorer (requires version 5.1.0.27 or greater):

  1. In TallyExplorer, click on the laptop icon in the upper ribbon near the TallySoft Home icon.

  2. A support technician will provide the 6-digit number to enter.

  3. Once the code is entered, the support technician will have remote access to the computer.
