Performing a Manual Heartbeat on vx805

Boot up the device

Press 7 + Enter simultaneously to bring up password prompt

Enter password (default is 166831) and press Enter

Select Download

Press Enter for Group ID: 1

Enter same password as above and press Enter

Select Multi-app

Select Partial dnld

Select TCPIP

Press Cancel key if Download/FTP option is displayed

At Network Control Panel screen, select Menu option (may be Enter key)

Scroll down and select VHQ

Select Status, wait for version to be displayed

Press Enter key to send a heartbeat and wait for result
